Pre-Placement RN Health Assessments

Many companies implement Pre-placement Registered Nurse (RN) Health Assessments as a component of their pre-employment program. Pre-placement RN Medicals are done to assess an individual's fitness to perform a specific job based on the physical demands of that position. By assessing preexisting injuries and illness, a determination of placement can be made in a cost effective manner. Placing the most suitable person in the position as per the physical demands of the job is key in reducing WCB costs and Lost Time Accidents increasing the health and safety in the workplace.
